Yesterday Lincoln and I went into the city for a fun-filled day. First we saw "Broadway in Bryant Park" which is where the current cast of several Broadway productions perform a few songs from their show. It was one of my favorite things to do last summer, and so I wanted to enjoy it again this year. Then we walked up 5th Avenue and gawked at all the expensive stores. Wouldn't it be amazing to just walk into say, Tiffany, or Gucci and buy whatever you wanted?? Ryan has started work and is pulling in a paycheck again, but not THAT big of a paycheck! Then we went into the famed FAO Schwartz store. Lincoln loved playing with all the toys on display, AND it was so nice and air-conditioned in there - we really could have stayed all day.
Of course he had to try dancing on the Giant Piano (channeling Tom Hanks in 'Big'). He was a little unsure of what to do at first, but then got the hang of it and just ran back and forth. And not to worry, we can actually purchase the piano for Link to use at home for a mere $250,000. (!!)

$250,000?!?! Chump Change. Really, who buys that? I would much rather have about 10 baby grands for that. Ok, maybe you could buy 2 really nice ones for that.
I'm so glad we got to see you here in the city. The kids seemed to have so much fun together! How big would a NY apt have to be to fit that piano in it anyways?
wow, only 250?! what a steal! :) jk...at least you always have something to save for huh? luv the blue rug for his room too! WAY CUTE! he really is getting so big!
well, when ryan is ceo and making executive compensation at the expense of the little guy, you can buy all the $250,000 pianos you want. :) Just kidding. Ryan, you know I was always on your side--let the market dictate.
